BOOKING CONDITIONS & TERMS OF PAYMENT
1. The Contract A contract shall be deemed to have been made between Foxgreen Leisure T/as Ticketstowimbledon.com ("Ticketstowimbledon.com") and the booking client ("the Client") when the client has confirmed requirements by, inter alia, facsimile, letter, written order form or telephone and Ticketstowimbledon.com
have accepted such a booking-an invoice being proof of such acceptance.
2. Price All prices quoted are exclusive of Vat. In event of the rate of Vat being increased between the acceptance of a booking and an event the client
shall be liable to pay such increase before tickets are issued. The premium charged above the face value of tickets, to Sold Out Events, reflect
our costs of obtaining preferred seating and are based on supply demand and seat location on your preferred date. If your first choice of ticket
is not available we reserve the right to upgrade or downgrade (partial refund) the order to the next available category or to cancel the order with
a full refund. All deposits are non refundable
3. Payment - Corporate Hospitality, Special Events and Tickets with Corporate Hospitality 3.1 Deposit -A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the overall price of the booking must be paid within 7 days of acceptance of the booking
unless the booking is accepted within 60 days of an event in which case the full amount must be paid immediately upon the booking being
accepted.
3.2 Payment of Balance -The balance of the overall price must be paid not less than 60 days before the date of the event.
4. Payment -Tickets Only
4.1 The full price of the booking must be paid immediately upon acceptance of the booking. Once a booking has been made tickets cannot be
exchanged or refunded.
4.2 Ticketstowimbledon.com at their sole discretion may allow payments for tickets to be made on the same terms as payments for corporate hospitality
set out at clause 3 above.
4.3 Should an event for any reason be cancelled or rescheduled Ticketstowimbledon.com will strictly only be liable for the face value of the ticket.
5. Consequences of Failure to Pay
5.1 If payment is not made within the time limits in clauses 3 & 4 above, this will be a breach of contract by the client entitling Ticketstowimbledon.com
to treat the contract as at an end, and reallocate the corporate hospitality facilities, bookings and/or tickets without informing the client.
5.2 In the event of Ticketstowimbledon.com treating the contracts as at an end under clause 5.1 Ticketstowimbledon.com shall be entitled to retain all sums
already paid by the client. The balance, if any, of the cost/price of the booking shall become immediately payable by the client to Premier Events. This is without prejudice to Ticketstowimbledon.com' rights to claim damages from the client in respect of any loss suffered by Ticketstowimbledon.com.
6. Cancellation or Variations by the Client
6.1 Any notice of cancellation by the client of a booking or part of a booking must be made in writing by letter sent by recorded delivery to Ticketstowimbledon.com at the address above.
6.2 Any request by the client for a variation to a booking must be made in writing by letter sent by recorded delivery to Ticketstowimbledon.com at the above address and is only effective if accepted in writing by Ticketstowimbledon.com.
7. Consequences of Cancellation by the Client
7.1 Cancellation by the client- Corporate Hospitality, Special Events and Tickets with Corporate Hospitality
If a booking or part of a booking is cancelled by the client more than sixty days before the event the client shall be liable for 25% of the total
price of the booking. If a booking or part of a booking is cancelled by the client less than sixty days before the event the client shall be liable
for the total price of the booking.
7.2 Cancellation by the client- Tickets only
In the event of cancellation by the client, the client shall be liable for the total price of the booking.
8. Alterations to advertised packages
8.1 All advertised packages are subject to availability
8.2 Every reasonable effort will be made to adhere to the advertised packages but any package may be altered or omitted or dates changed
either before of after confirmation of the booking. Were such alterations, omissions or changes of date occur prior to the confirmation of the booking. Ticketstowimbledon.com accepts no contractual liability. Where such alterations, omissions or changes of dates occur after confirmation of the booking, Ticketstowimbledon.com agrees to use reasonable endeavours( such reasonable endeavours to be strictly
subject to the organisers/promoters of events and/or other third parties making alternative packages available and further subjects to Premier
Events right to change the price applicable ) to provide a reasonable alternative package and the client agrees to accept such reasonable
alternative package.
8.3 Ticketstowimbledon.com have the right to change the price applicable to a booking ( upwards or downwards ) at any time prior to a booking being
accepted. When such change alters the price from that advertised, the altered price from that advertised, must be paid in accordance with
payment clauses 3 and 4 above.
9. Liability of Ticketstowimbledon.com
9.1 The client hereby acknowledges that Ticketstowimbledon.com acts as agent of the client in arranging the booking and that Ticketstowimbledon.com will not
be liable for any misrepresentations, negligence, contractual or tortious loss of any kind whatsoever suffered by the client or any due to any act
or omission by or on behalf of any third party.
9.2 In any event Ticketstowimbledon.com shall not be liable for death or personal injury suffered by the client or it's guests arising out of the booking.
This limitation of liability shall also extend to any loss or damage sustained by property or belongings of the client or any of the client's guests
or for any further costs, demands or expenses incurred or suffered by the client arising out of the booking.
9.3 Ticketstowimbledon.com will not be liable for any cancellation of or alteration to the booking or any loss or damage to the client arising out of circumstances
beyond its control including but not limited to any act of god, natural disaster or act of terrorism.
10. Law and Construction The contract of these terms and conditions shall be governed by English Law and Ticketstowimbledon.com and the client hereby submits to the
exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts in all matters regarding the contracts and these Terms and Conditions.
